Intel already launched an Arc A300 series desktop GPU and is currently focused on spreading the word on the A700 series. There is a middle ground here that Intel hasn't spoke about much – the A500 series. The Ashes of the Singularity benchmark database was recently updated with results for the Arc A580. 

The entry found by VideoCardz shows an A580 running on a system featuring an undisclosed Intel CPU with 16 cores and 16 threads (likely a misreading) and 32GB of memory. This benchmark run was executed using the “min_1080p” preset and the Vulkan API.

With a score of 9,300 points, the upcoming Intel Arc GPU trades blows with an RTX 3060. Note that the A750 is the Arc GPU that's supposed to rival the RTX 3060, not the A580. The A580 GPU is expected to perform closer to the RTX 3050.

Various rumours claim the upcoming Intel Arc A580 will feature an ACM-G10 with 16 Xe-Cores and 8GB of GDDR6 memory clocked at 15.5Gbps across a 128-bit memory bus. The TDP should be set at 175W. Pricing hasn't been confirmed either, but a previous report stated it would cost between $200 and $250.

KitGuru says: If the A580 could rival the RTX 3060 at a much cheaper price, then that would be a big win for Intel. Hopefully Intel will be properly launching its desktop GPUs in the not too distant future.
