G.Skill introduces two new low-latency Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 memory kits

G.Skill is expanding its DDR5 memory line-up with new high-speed, low-latency kits. The new Trident Z5 RGB DDR5 kits support XMP 3.0, and offer speeds up to 6800MHz.

G.Skill's two new kits are the first from the company to run at these specifications. The fastest kit comes with 32GB (2x16GB) of memory, running at DDR5-6800 CL32-45-45-108. The other kit features 64GB (2x32GB) of memory at DDR5-6400 CL32-39-39-102 64GB (2x32GB).

These memory specifications were validated using the RunMemtestPro 4.0, using a system equipped with an Asus ROG Maximus Z690 Hero motherboard and an Intel Core i7-12700K CPU. These kits will also work with Intel's upcoming 13th Gen Core desktop processors.

G.Skill will release the two new memory kits in October via the company's worldwide distribution partners.
