We used CrystalDiskMark 8’s custom settings to test the 4K 70/30 mixed read/write performance of the drive through a range of queue depths.

Testing the drive in the 70/30 read/write benchmark using a single thread the drive peaks at 134,546 IOPS (551MB/s) at QD32. Using four threads the drive peaks at 369,269 IOPS (1,512.53MB/s) at QD16.
