In PC Mark 8 we see the 2022 version of the MSI Raider GE76 delivering a solid win over the 2021 model, most likely thanks to the combination of new CPU and DDR5 memory along with updates to Windows

In PC Mark 10 the new MSI looks rather limp compared to both the Asus ROG Flow Z13 and in particular the new Asus ROG Zephyrus G14. MSI has loaded this GE76 with performance hardware, which explains how the battery life gets trounced by the thin and light Flow Z13. A brief glance at the result for the Zephyrus tells us that AMD is winning the power efficiency battle with ease.
