Nvidia is bringing DLSS 3 to Unreal Engine 5.2 as developer adoption speeds up

GDC is set to kick off next week but Nvidia is making a few of its gaming-related announcements early. For starters, DLSS is coming to more games, DLSS 3 is getting Unreal Engine 5.2 integration and the next graphics card game bundle is now official.

At GDC, we'll be getting a look at a few PC games getting DLSS support, including Diablo 4, Forza Horizon 5, Gripper, Redfall, Smalland: Survive the Wilds and The Finals. At this point, over 270 games and applications support DLSS, meanwhile DLSS 3 with frame generation is now supported in 28 titles, so it is being adopted faster than DLSS 2. That should improve even further, as DLSS 3 is getting a plugin for Unreal Engine 5.2, making it easier for developers to implement it.

Today's announcement also includes confirmation of the new GeForce RTX game bundle. As previously reported, Redfall Bite Back Edition is being bundled with new purchases of RTX 40 series graphics cards and RTX 40-powered gaming laptops.

Redfall Bite Back Edition includes a Steam digital code, access to two future DLC heroes as well as an assortment of weapon skins and outfits for your characters. Redfall will release on the 2nd of May.

KitGuru Says: DLSS 3 is catching on fast with developers and with Unreal Engine 5.2 support, we should see plenty of future titles utilising it.
