Latest rumoured specs emerge for Nvidia RTX 4090 Ti/Titan

The first time we heard about the specific specifications for the RTX 4090 Ti/Titan was last Summer. Since then, not much has changed until just recently. As per the latest rumours, Nvidia has apparently updated a few things on the GPU's spec sheet, including the board and the memory subsystem.

According to leaker kopite7kimi, the Nvidia GeForce RTX 4090 Ti/Titan will pack 24GB of GDDR6X memory instead of 48GB as originally rumoured. The unannounced GPU may also feature 96MB of L2 cache and a PG136 (reference) and 139 (Founders Edition) board (SKU310), which should be similar to the one used on the RTX 4090. As far as power goes, the maximum TBP is apparently set at 600W, which is the maximum power limit for a PCIe 5.0 connector.

The remaining memory specifications of the GPU, such as the 384-bit memory bus and 24Gbps memory (maximum bandwidth of 1152GB/s), remain unchanged. Moreover, the 18,176 CUDA core count initially reported also remains untouched.

We still don't know when Nvidia will release this new high-end graphics card, but considering the leaked picture showing the Founders Edition cooler and the update to the rumoured specs, we might see it soon.
