Rumour claims a fully enabled Nvidia AD104 GPU matches the RTX 3090 Ti

We've been hearing rumours about Nvidia's next-generation GeForce graphics cards for a while now. In the latest report, it has been claimed that a fully enabled AD104 GPU is capable of matching the RTX 3090 Ti in performance.

According to kopite7kimi, a graphics card (PG141-SKU331) based on a fully enabled AD104 GPU might be in development. They claim this card will feature a 400W TDP and come with 7,680 CUDA cores and 12GB of GDDR6X memory clocked at 21Gbps across a 192-bit bus. This spec can apparently go head to head with an RTX 3090 Ti.

Comparing the rumoured specifications of the other RTX 40 series cards with this one, this card would be placed between the RTX 4070 and the RTX 4080.

Nvidia is expected to announce the first RTX 40 series GeForce GPUs this year, but nothing has been officially revealed yet.

KitGuru says: If true, then the RTX 40 series is going to offer a nice bump over the current generation. Unfortunately, we can't verify this rumour, and Nvidia hasn't made any official announcements about its next-gen GeForce GPUs.
