Bright Memory Infinite finally heads to PS5 and Xbox Series X/S this month

Bright Memory Infinite has already been out on PC for quite some time, offering next-gen level graphics and modern effects, like ray-tracing. It is an impressive looking shooter and soon, we'll see how the console versions stack up.

Bright Memory Infinite came to PC last November, but the Xbox Series X/S, PS5 and Switch versions were all delayed to this year. On the 21st of July, the game will officially launch on consoles.

The game itself is set in the year 2036 with humanity in the wake of an apocalyptic level event. Players will take on the role of Sheila, a member of the Supernatural Science Research Organisation and try to put a stop to the problem.

It is a very flashy shooter with a decent prequel too in the form of Bright Memory. That game looks just as impressive graphically and will give you a good taste of what to expect more of in Infinite.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
