Another Nintendo leaker claims Switch Pro to be revealed soon

Just yesterday we reported on a new rumour reviving the notion that a Nintendo Switch Pro is on its way. In the wake of this, another leaker who has in the past correctly leaked Nintendo hardware is now claiming that a Switch Pro is set to be announced near the end of the Summer.

This latest leak comes from Chinese forum Baidu (and translated by ResetEra user Biosnake) where GraffitiMAX – who previously leaked the recently-announced Splatoon 3 version of the Nintendo Switch OLED – has claimed that Nintendo is planning to announce the much-elusive Nintendo Switch Pro some time during the upcoming month of September.

Very few details were shared otherwise, though GraffitiMAX did tease that “The dawn of 60 frames” is on its way to Switch. Of course, the Switch is capable of hitting 60fps in many titles, and so what GraffitiMAX could be suggesting is some form of upgrade patch for previously released 30fps titles such as Breath of the Wild and Animal Crossing.

As with all previous Switch OLED leaks, things should be taken with a pinch of salt. That being said, when there's smoke there's fire, and currently there is quite a bit of smoke in the air – so we will simply have to wait and see.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
