Nvidia reportedly launching RTX 4090 first, followed by RTX 4080 and 4070

We're still waiting for Nvidia to confirm its next-gen RTX GPUs, which are expected to arrive before the end of this year. According to the latest rumours, we should see the first RTX 40 series graphics cards in August, with the RTX 4090 coming first, followed by the RTX 4080 an RTX 4070.

According to kopite7kimi, the first RTX 40 series GPU to launch will be the RTX 4090. After that, we will get the RTX 4080 and then the RTX 4070. An RTX 4060 should arrive a few months later.

If the leaker proves to be correct, the RTX 40 series launch will differ slightly from the RTX 30 series. With the current-gen cards, Nvidia started with the RTX 3080, and two weeks after, we got the RTX 3090. The RTX 3070 came out almost one month after the RTX 3090.

Spec-wise, it is claimed that the new RTX GPUs will be based on a 4nm node and utilise the ‘Ada Lovelace' architecture. The flagship AD102 GPU may pack as many as 16,128 CUDA cores and up to a 450W TDP.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
