KitGuru Reader Awards 2021: Your Winners Announced!

When we managed to secure a £4000 PC as the incentive for this year's reader awards, we knew that it would encourage you to enter – and boy did it work! We had thousands and thousands of surveys completed, letting us know which products and manufacturers impressed you the most in 2021. We have cross-checked the votes and we're now ready to announce your winners!

The 39 categories that we ask you about in the survey are always hotly contested, and winning a category more than two years in a row is incredibly rare. That said, it can happen from time to time. The CPU preference trend is still firmly in AMD's favour and it will be interesting to see if that continues into 2022. The same goes for graphics, with the majority of you favouring RTX-flavoured GPUs.

As ever, your local votes have been fed into the EHA Community Awards and those will be announced in the coming days.

For now, these winners have been chosen by the KitGuru Hive Mind – so have a look through and see which choices match your own preferences!

KitGuru says: A big THANK YOU to everyone who took part – we really appreciate you taking the time to enter and your feedback is really valuable to our editorial team!

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
