Team Group releases T-Force Vulcan G 512GB and 1TB SSDs

Team Group has recently launched the new T-Force Vulcan G SSD, available in 512GB and 1TB storage capacities. These 2.5-inch SSD drives are built for gaming PCs, offering “4 times faster read/write speed than traditional hard drives” and making your games load faster.

Featuring a minimalist design and the T-Force logo printed with a “diamond cut pattern”, the T-Force Vulcan G SSD offers a modern look worthy of showcasing. Through its SATA interface, optimised SLC caching algorithm, and 3D NAND flash memory, the Vulcan G can reach read/write speeds of up to 550/500MB/s and 4K random read/write speeds as high as 70K/60K IOPS.

The T-Force Vulcan G SSDs support S.M.A.R.T. monitoring and Windows TRIM optimisation, improving the drive's stability and data transfer performance. It also comes with built-in ECC (Error Correction Code) and Wear-levelling technology to increase the “reliability of data transfer” and the SSD's lifespan.

The 512GB model has a rated durability of 120TBW (Terabytes written), while the 1TB model has 240TBW. Both models have a rated MTBF (Mean Time Between Failure) of 1M hours. Both models are available today, with the 512GB model priced at $60.99 and the 1TB model sitting at $106.99.

KitGuru says: Are you in the market for a new 2.5-inch SSD? Would you consider a T-Force SSD for your next upgrade?
