Warhammer: Vermintide II comes to Xbox Game Pass

Throughout each month, Microsoft announces and adds new titles to its Xbox Game Pass subscription service. While the titles joining the service for the first half of September were already announced, the console manufacturer has now revealed what titles subscribers can look forward to for the rest of the month – including Warhammer: Vermintide II and Halo 3: ODST.

The full list of titles joining Xbox Game Pass for the second half of September are:

  • Company of Heroes 2 (PC) – September 17
  • Destiny 2: Shadowkeep & Forsaken (Android & Console) – September 22
  • Halo 3: ODST (Android & PC) – September 22
  • Night in the Woods (Android, Console, PC) – September 24
  • Warhammer: Vermintide 2 (Android & Console) – September 24

It is interesting to note that Microsoft has specified that titles would be coming to ‘Android’ instead of xCloud – presumably due to the back and forth that Mcirosoft and Apple are currently engaged in regarding the iPhone creator’s stringent App Store guidelines.

Microsoft has also announced which games will be leaving the service at the end of the month, so if you have yet to finish these titles, you have just over two weeks to do so. The titles in question are:

  • Bad North (Console & PC)
  • DiRT Rally 2.0 (Console & PC)
  • Dishonored 2 (Console & PC)
  • Panzer Dragoon Orta (Console)
  • Westerado: Double Barreled (Console)
  • Yooka-Laylee (Console)

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
