Alphacool introduces the Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 Digital RGB fan

The Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 Digital RGB fan is Alphacool's latest addition to its cooling portfolio. The Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 features PWM control and digitally addressable RGB LEDs.

The 5V RGB LEDs in the Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 surround the fan blades in a light diffuser ring on each side of the frame, creating a “unique illumination which looks very noble”. The RGB lighting is connected through a 3-Pin JST or a 3-pin 5V connector. Additionally, this fan comes with a sound dampening holder with foam rubber inserts to prevent noise from any vibrations.

This 120mm fan uses a hydraulic bearing, and according to Alphacool it produces between 21.5dB and 33.8dB of noise. The Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 speeds can be adjusted thanks to the PWM controller (4-pin), and vary between 700 and 2000 RPM, achieving an airflow rate of up to 104.49 m³/h. The fan's MTBF is rated as 40000 hours.

As per Alphacool, the fan was designed for ventilating cases or to mount on radiators, given its high static pressure at low RPM. The cable is 50mm long, which seems to be enough for most case scenarios, and there are decouplers built-in the fan's frame.

The 120mm Alphacool Eiszyklon Aurora LUX PRO 2 D-RGB fan is available now for 16.95€/£15.24 at Aquatuning.
