Spyro Reignited Trilogy celebrates upcoming launch with new trailer

After years of rumours, a few leaks and lots of fan support, Spyro is finally making a comeback this year. Following in the footsteps of the excellent Crash Bandicoot N.Sane Trilogy, Spyro Reignited Trilogy is launching in just a few weeks and the latest trailer gives us our best look at the game yet.

Activision found great success over the last year after reviving Crash Bandicoot with completely overhauled graphics. Now, that same treatment is coming to the classic Spyro games, albeit under a different development team. You can check out the launch trailer for the game below:

Spyro Reignited Trilogy was announced earlier this year for the Xbox One and PS4. However, Nintendo Switch and PC versions are also expected to arrive in the coming months.

The game was originally set to launch in September but was pushed back to the 13th of November. The physical version of the game may still require users to download Spyro 2: Ripto's Rage and Spyro Year of the Dragon separately.

KitGuru Says: I thoroughly enjoyed the Crash Bandicoot remakes but Spyro was always my go-to when I was younger. Are many of you looking forward to picking this up next month?
