After market ear buds are a difficult sell because everyone gets a set with their smartphone and never considers an upgrade. Rock Jaw has impressed in the past though with its Alfa Genus ear buds – so it is with interest that we take a look today at a more entry-level set.

The Clarito might still sport the “award winning sound,” moniker that Rock Jaw puts on its packaging, but at £24, this is much more of a budget set. It does not come with replacement tuners, nor does it have different material ear bud tips.

At this price range, beating stock smartphone earphones will be the name of the game, and while Rockjaw certainly has the pedigree to make that a reality, it will take some testing to find out if its true.
