BenQ Mobiuz gaming monitors offer 144Hz in 27-inch and 24-inch form

BenQ is launching a new line of gaming monitors this week- the Mobiuz series. As part of the launch, BenQ has two new monitors to kick things off with, the 27-inch Mobiuz EX2710 and the 24.5-inch Mobiuz EX2510. Both monitors offer a multitude of gaming enhancements to “fully immerse yourself in everything that the gaming world has to offer”.

Both monitors come equipped with FullHD IPS panels with 144Hz refresh rate, 1ms MPRT, and wide viewing angles. With 400nits of brightness, a contrast ratio of 1000:1, these 8-bit panels cover 99% of the sRGB colour gamut.

As per Conway Lee, President of BenQ Corporation, the upcoming Mobiuz monitors offer “exclusive performance innovations such as intelligent HDRi and tailor-made speakers from our renowned treVolo audio team”. By analysing the ambient light levels surrounding the monitor, it automatically corrects to display crisp and clear HDR content. The HDRi technology allows the display to present the user with detailed darker images without sacrificing the brighter areas. The 2x 2.5W speakers engineered by the treVolo team are said to offer a superb audio experience.

The monitor also features Light Tuner’s 20 colour settings for different types of games, black eQualizer to further brighten dark areas, and Scenario Mapping that changes the settings based on the input source. All this is easily accessed through the Quick OSD presets and a 5-Way navigator joystick. Additionally, both monitors also feature AMD FreeSync for a smoother gaming experience when using compatible graphics cards and BenQ Eye-Care to reduce the user's eye strain.

The Mobiuz EX2710 and the Mobiuz EX2510 offer 100×100 VESA mount support and multiple connectivity options, including 1x 3.5mm audio jack, 2x HDMI 2.0 ports, and 1x DisplayPort 1.2. The included stand allows the user to tilt from -5º to 20º, swivel 20º to the left or right, and adjust the monitor's height by 130mm.

The BenQ Mobiuz EX2510 will be available in August, priced at €259.99, while Mobiuz EX2710 will be available in September, costing €299.99. You can learn more about the Mobiuz EX2510 HERE, and the Mobiuz EX2710 HERE.
