Gigabyte unveils GO27Q32 Penta Tandem OLED monitor

Gigabyte has announced the GO27Q32, a 27-inch QHD gaming monitor featuring a 320Hz QD-OLED panel. Making the jump to Penta Tandem OLED, the display incorporates five light-emitting layers to boost brightness and longevity while delivering a 0.03ms G2G response time.

The GO27Q32 (via DisplaySpecifications) uses an ObsidianShield film to deepen perceived blacks and improve scratch resistance. Image performance claims include 99.5% DCI-P3 colour gamut coverage, 1.07 billion colours, and factory-calibrated DeltaE values below 1 in SDR and below 2 in HDR mode. For brightness, Gigabyte specifies a typical SDR output of 300nits and a peak HDR brightness of 1300 nits, backed by VESA DisplayHDR True Black 500 certification and a 1,500,000:1 contrast ratio.

Connectivity options cover two HDMI 2.1 ports, a DisplayPort 2.1 connector, a headphone jack, a USB 2.0 service port, and a USB Type-C port with Display Alt Mode supporting up to 15W Power Delivery. To manage thermals and reduce burn-in risk, Gigabyte equips the monitor with its AI OLED Care suite and a fanless cooling design featuring a custom heatsink, graphene thermal film, and a four-sided dissipation system. Adaptive sync support includes Nvidia G-Sync Compatible and AMD FreeSync Premium certifications. Stand adjustments offer up to 130mm of height adjustment, tilt, swivel, a 90º pivot, and VESA 100x100mm mounting support.
