Overclockers UK is having a sale on the Sapphire R9 390 Nitro

If you are shopping around for a new graphics card this weekend or more specifically, if you are shopping around for an R9 390, then Overclockers UK has a pretty good deal running for the next couple of days. They are having a sale on the excellent Sapphire R9 390 Nitro from Sapphire, which we reviewed highly last year, giving it our ‘MUST HAVE' award.

The Sapphire R9 390 Nitro normally goes for £269.99 but until 9 AM GMT on Monday morning, you can grab one for £249.99. This is the version of the R9 390 Nitro that comes with a backplate, which is always a great inclusion with a graphics card.

The Sapphire R9 390 Nitro delivered solid performance in our own tests. You can pick one up for yourself, HERE.

If you happen to be strapped for cash, then it also happens that we are running a giveaway for this card as well over on our Facebook page though we do ask that the winner submits a review in return for the hardware.

KitGuru Says: If you are shopping around for an R9 390 this weekend then this deal is worth taking a look at. Are any of you planning on picking up a new graphics card soon?

Another case of spot the Murkian’ ?

  3. It’s not a particularly amazing deal, i picked up a R9 390 from the same site for the same price just after christmas 2015 😛
Only difference was powercolor rather than sapphire…

Wrong, but £20 isn’t exactly news worthy now is it?

  6. Overclockers are a sponsor of the site. Not sure slipping it in as a story, with such a modest discount is ethical.

  7. I’d rather them sustain themselves with obvious sponsored content occasionally than taking under the table golden handshakes from certain scumbag tech companies fro positive press…..
