We test at Ultra HD 4k with 8MSAA. The Ultra Profile is selected for maximum image quality.
After the somewhat lackluster results at 1080p and 1600p, we can see the Sapphire R9 290X Tri-X OC 8GB delivers a resoundingly good set of performance figures at 4k. It manages to match the GTX980 frame for frame.
