Cryo Hydro Nemesis SE system review

To record noise levels we set up our meter on a tripod, around 12 inches away from the chassis and at a height of 8 inches from the case side panel. This measures entire system noise from a reasonable distance – as many people will have their PC on a desk beside them or on the floor next to their legs.

While the above results are interesting, it is worth pointing out our real world persceptions of noise levels. The system is always audible, with a slight hum from the watercooling accompanied by some system fan noise. It is not annoying in the least and is no more than an ‘everyday' enthusiast gaming system we all have built.

When under load, the fans work harder to keep everything in check and noise reaches an acceptable 59c. This is under extremely long durations of stress testing and generally the system is actually quieter than this, even when gaming. I personally think this is a great set of results, especially when you factor in the amazing performance from all the hardware.
