Legacy of the Void will focus on the Protoss story line, following on from the base game and Heart of the Swarm. As you would expect, the expansion is bringing along plenty of changes to the game and new units for new strategies in multiplayer. Additionally, there is going to be a new ‘Archon game mode', which will allow two people to share a base and work together to take down opponents.

Pre-ordering the game will get you instant beta access. The standard edition will set you back $39.99, while the digital deluxe edition will be $59.99. In the UK, that translates to £29.99 and £44.99 respectively.
