New ASUS content creation laptops feature OLED displays, RTX graphics and more

Today, ASUS is launching a full new laptop line-up geared towards content creators and creative professionals. There are a bunch of new options available, headlined by the ProArt Studiobook Pro 16 – featuring a 4K OLED display with HDR capabilities.

The ProArt Studiobook Pro 16 ships with either a Ryzen 5000 H-series processor, or a 3rd Gen Intel Xeon workstation processor, enabling high performance on heavily multithreaded workloads, like rendering, simulation and analysis applications. These laptops also pack an Nvidia RTX A2000 or A5000 GPU for a performance boost in CAD models, 3D design applications and video editing.

The top-end configuration also features a 16-inch OLED display with coverage for 100% of the DCI-P3 colour gamut. The display has also been certified as DisplayHDR 500 capable, meaning you'll get 500 nits of peak brightness for HDR content.

Other specs include dual PCIe SSDs, up to 64GB of 3200MHz DDR4 RAM, Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1 and an SD Express 7.0 card reader.

Aside from the new ProArt Studiobook laptops, Asus is also introducing new Zenbook Pro models, available with Ryzen 5000 H-series or Intel 11th Gen Core mobile processors, RTX 30-series graphics and the option for a 15-inch OLED display. There is also a new line-up of Vivobook Pro models, serving as an entry point with prices starting at £1,199.
