Nvidia announces ‘GeForce Beyond Special Broadcast’ at GTC 2022

In the early hours of this morning, Nvidia's GeForce social media accounts posted a cryptic ‘Project Beyond' teaser trailer. Now the company has announced that CEO Jensen Huang will kick off his GTC 2022 keynote with a dedicated GeForce ‘Special Broadcast', with the RTX 40-series likely to be unveiled for the first time.

Set for 20th September, Nvidia claims this Special Broadcast will detail the ‘latest breakthroughs in gaming, creating, and graphics technology.' Given this is described as a GeForce event, chances are we will get our first look at the long-rumoured RTX 40-series and Lovelace architecture.

Right now, those are the only details we have confirmed. We may see more teasers from Nvidia in the build up to the keynote, similar to the GPU history countdown we saw in the lead-up to the RTX 30-series reveal.

You will be able to tune-in to the keynote on Nvidia's website HERE. It kicks off at 8am Pacific time, or 4pm BST, 5pm CEST.

KitGuru says: We will wait for the event with bated breath. If this isn't the RTX 40-series unveiling, I will eat my hat.

KitGuru Games: Predicting the Next Half a Decade of Call of Duty Releases

Benjamin Franklin (1706-1790) famously once said: “The three absolutes in life are death, taxes and a new Call of Duty coming out every single year”. Sure enough, the US founding father has yet to be proven wrong, with Activision and a dozen studios having ensured that come the tail-end of any given year, there will be a new COD ready to release. And so, what can we expect from the franchise later this year? What about 2027, 2028 or even 2030? By looking back at the past two decades of Call of Duty games, their trends, progression and regression, I believe I can predict the next 5 years worth of annual COD entries.
