ViewSonic’s launches portable 17-inch display with 144Hz refresh rate

ViewSonic has just introduced a new portable monitor packing gaming-grade specs for taking your setup on the go. The new VX1755 is a portable 17-inch monitor with an excellent 144Hz refresh rate, making it a great pairing when travelling with next-gen consoles, or a gaming laptop/PC.

Using a 17.2-inch IPS display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 4.5ms response time and an FHD resolution, the ViewSonic VX1755 is the perfect travel companion weighing just 1Kg. The built-in stand allows you to put the monitor in portrait or landscape orientation while also allowing users to tilt the monitor to their liking.

Whether you want to use it for work or gaming on a PC, laptop, console, tablet or phone, the VX1755 is up to the task. The panel has an 8-bit colour depth (6-bit + FRC), 250nits of brightness and a contrast ratio of 800:1. Moreover, it supports AMD FreeSync Premium and features 2x USB-C ports, a mini HDMI 2.0 port, a 3.5mm audio-out jack and 2x 0.8W speakers.

The ViewSonic VX1755 is now available for $299.99.
