Children’s Hospice charity PC auction winner and donation announced

For the last few weeks, we've been running a PC auction to raise money for the NI Children's Hospice. Bidding closed last week and today, we are pleased to announce that we'll be donating £2,400!

The gaming PC we were auctioning off included a Ryzen 3800X CPU, a Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card, 16GB of RAM and a full set of peripherals, including a 144Hz monitor.

The winning bid for the gaming PC came in at £1,200 from Frank Chang, based in England. As promised, we'll be matching that, bringing the NI Children's Hospice donation up to a grand total of £2,400.

The NI Children's Hospice has been around for 35 years, constantly working to help children of all ages with life-limiting conditions. If anyone else would like to join us in donating, you can do so, here.

KitGuru Says: We would like to thank everyone that participated along the way, from the bidders to the companies that chipped in with hardware to put together the auction.

Unfortunately, in the wake of the recent shake-ups at Ubisoft, Assassin’s Creed Hexe’s director ‘Clint Hocking’ has left the promising project.
