AMD to announce Radeon RX 6700 XT 3rd March

AMD confirmed it will be presenting new RX 6000 graphics cards on the 3rd of March at 16:00 PM GMT. During the announcement, we expect to see AMD detailing the Radeon RX 6700 series GPUs, including specs and pricing.

The event was confirmed by AMD over on Twitter last night. The tweet teases new RDNA 2 graphics cards, although no specific SKUs were mentioned at this time. Still, we expect to see the Radeon RX 6700 and RX 6700 XT.

Alongside the post, AMD released a video where we can see the new dual-fan reference design cooler. The video also shows that the new RX 6000 series card will feature 3x DisplayPorts and an HDMI port for video output.

Rumoured to be based on the Navi 22 GPU (RDNA2), the Radeon RX 6700 series cards will reportedly come with up to 40 CUs (2560 stream processors) and up to 12GB of GDDR6 memory on a 192-bit memory bus.

While this has worked in the past, Black Ops 7 seems to have been a breaking point for some. According to known insiders, Microsoft is now considering a major shake-up, including a standalone Zombies game.
