MSI offers an extension for customers with product warranty ending in March

Due to disruption across the world caused by the recent COVID-19 virus outbreak, MSI has decided to offer an extension to its warranty across a wide range of its products to ensure customers don’t have to worry about anything other than their health and safety during this difficult period.

In light of the World Health Organisation categorising the coronavirus outbreak as a worldwide pandemic earlier this week and the fact life will be disrupted in many parts of the world, MSI made the announcement that it remains committed to putting customers first by offering an extension of warranty on products for consumers who meet certain qualifying conditions.

MSI will provide an additional two months warranty extension to customers globally, who own one or more MSI products including Desktop PCs, motherboards, all-in-one computers, PC cases and monitors. Further conditions to be eligible for the warranty extension include:

  • Consumers must be enrolled in the MSI Rewards Program.
  • Products warranties are due to lapse/expire within March 2020.
  • You reside in one of the following 20 countries/regions most affected by COVID-19: South Korea, Italy, Germany, France, Spain, USA, Switzerland, Singapore, UK, Hong Kong, Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Australia, Kuwait, Bahrain, Malaysia, Belgium, Canada.

MSI is not providing this two-month warranty extension to consumers in the PRC since those customers were already covered by an independent warranty extension program, so this particular warranty extension promotion does not apply to MSI customers residing in this area.
