Children’s Hospice charity PC auction winner and donation announced

For the last few weeks, we’ve been running a PC auction to raise money for the NI Children’s Hospice. Bidding closed last week and today, we are pleased to announce that we’ll be donating £2,400!

The gaming PC we were auctioning off included a Ryzen 3800X CPU, a Radeon RX 5700 XT graphics card, 16GB of RAM and a full set of peripherals, including a 144Hz monitor.

The winning bid for the gaming PC came in at £1,200 from Frank Chang, based in England. As promised, we’ll be matching that, bringing the NI Children’s Hospice donation up to a grand total of £2,400.

The NI Children’s Hospice has been around for 35 years, constantly working to help children of all ages with life-limiting conditions. If anyone else would like to join us in donating, you can do so, here.

KitGuru Says: We would like to thank everyone that participated along the way, from the bidders to the companies that chipped in with hardware to put together the auction.
