Razer launches two wireless headsets and a charging stand for PS5

Razer is expanding its PS5 accessories line-up with two wireless headsets and a controller charging stand. The two headsets will be the Kiara and Kiara Pro, featuring the same black and white theme as the PS5. As for the charging stand, it's available in black, red and white, allowing users to choose the one that best fits their setup.

The Kaira Pro is Razer's flagship PS5 headset, offering RGB Chroma lighting customisable through the mobile app, a detachable HyperClear Supercardioid mic and Razer SmartSwitch to toggle between wireless connection methods. Moreover, it features TriForce Titanium 50mm drivers and Razer HyperSense, a haptics system that enhances immersion by providing touch sensory feedback based on audio.

The Razer Kaira sits between the Kaira Pro and the Kaira X. Unlike the Kaira Pro, it lacks RGB Chroma support and packs a supposedly inferior microphone that's undetachable. It also has a different set of TriForce 50mm drivers. However, they share the same design and the Razer SmartSwitch to toggle between 2.4 GHz and Bluetooth.

Available in black, red and white, the Razer quick charging stand was designed to match the colours of the DualSense controllers. The stand has overcharge protection to prevent overheating and short-circuiting and takes less than three hours to charge a controller fully.

The Razer Kaira and the charging stand are now available for purchase for $99.99/€109.99 and $39.99/€59.99, respectively. The Razer Kaira Pro will be available to pre-order on November 30th for $199.99/€219.99, with shipping set for December 2021.
