LG to launch four UHD OLED UltraFine monitors this summer

Back at CES 2021, LG began showing off a new 32″ 4K OLED ‘UltraFine' monitor. As it turns out, this monitor will be joined by three other UltraFine displays this year, including the 27EP950, 32BP95E and 27BP95E.

As per ComputerBase, both the 27EP950 and the 32EP950 have fairly similar specifications, with the only difference being the screen size (27 vs 32-inches). With a 1000000:1 contrast ratio, 250nits of typical brightness, and 540nits of peak brightness, the 4K OLED panels used by these monitors cover 99% of both the DCI-P3 colour gamut and Adobe RGB spectrum. These monitors come factory calibrated and support hardware calibration. Finally, these monitors are also DisplayHDR 400 certified.

The 32BP95E and 27BP95E share the same panel and specifications as the 27EP950 and the 32EP950, but come with a shading hood and feature self-calibration. This tool consists of a sensor that checks if there are colour deviations and automatically adjusts the monitor according to the readings.

Each of the four models come with 2x DisplayPorts, an HDMI port, a USB-C port (90W), 3x USB-A ports, and a 3.5mm audio-out jack. The 32EP950 is known to come with a KVM switch, but it's still unclear if the other models will also come with one. The included stand allows for tilt, pivot and height adjustments.

Scheduled to release this summer, the 32EP950's MSRP is €3999. The other models will range between €3000 and €4000.
