Corsair was the first keyboard maker in the world to hit the market with Cherry's MX RGB switches and now, they are teaming up once again with the brand new Corsair K70 RAPIDFIRE RGB keyboard featuring Cherry's all new MX Speed switches – designed to actuate faster than any other switch on the market. 

Corsair's K70 RGB keyboard is one of the most popular so there are a lot of design similarities between it and the new RAPIDFIRE. including the brushed aluminium finish and the clear switch housing, which allows the RGB LEDs to shine through with perfect uniformity. However, the big difference here is the addition of Cherry MX Speed switches.

As you can see, Cherry MX Speed switches are built with a much shorter actuation distance compared to other switch types. This is something that we will dive deeper into throughout this review.
