To test the AS4004T we used four 6TB Red drives (WD60EFRX, 5,400rpm class, 64MB cache), built into RAID arrays RAID 0,5,6 and 10 and then tested both with a 1GbE and 10GbE connection.

To connect to the unit’s built-in 10GbE port we used an 10GbE card and a Cat7 cable.
