While the original Accelero Hybrid was similar in terms of design to the NZXT Kraken G10, the Hybrid II is very different indeed. There are two main components to the cooler, the GPU block and the large passive heatsink which is used to cool all the other components on the card.
The liquid cooling unit appears to be an Asetek design, featuring a slightly adapted version of their standard water block alongside a 120 mm radiator. The coolant tubes are made from rubber and are a little longer than those found on most liquid CPU coolers. This gives you more flexibility to position the radiator in different locations around the case.
The most surprising aspect of the Accelero Hybrid II is the passive heatsink/backplate which is used to cool the other components on the PCB. We question whether this will be as effective as other designs which cool these components directly.
Arctic include an own-branded 120 mm fan with the cooler which can be attached in various configurations to the radiator. This doesn't have a standard connector, so must be connected directly to your graphics card rather than to a standard 3 or 4-pin connector.
