The Edifier S2000 Pro speakers are excellent in all areas. It is a quality 2.0 system with plenty of adjustability to accommodate for different tastes and different room sizes. The full package is certainly worth the £430 asking price in my opinion.
You get the best of both worlds right out of the box, with plenty of cables and connectivity options. The ability to stream wirelessly over Bluetooth is also a nice bonus. There is enough here to suit most needs if you are looking for a speaker upgrade.
Sound quality is superb, these are accurate speakers that can push up to high volumes without distorting. The Planar Diaphragm Tweeters do a great job at high frequencies, while the woofers can handle surprisingly deep bass.
The wood panelling is neutral enough that these speakers shouldn't look out of place wherever you decide to put them. On top of that, they are relatively small, so making space shouldn't be an issue either – unless you happen to have a really small desk.
If you are looking to pick up a new pair of speakers in the £400-£500 range, then the Edifier S2000 Pro comes highly recommended from us.
