AMD released the Ryzen Threadripper Pro 5000WX series a few days ago, finally launching the Zen3-based chips that power users and creators waited for. Featuring up to 64x cores with SMT, many thought this would be the most powerful single-socket CPU to date, and according to the PassMark database, it sure is.

Apple only just announced the M1 Ultra processor a couple of days ago, but benchmark results are already making the rounds. The M1 Ultra has been spotted on Geekbench, showcasing impressive multi-core performance.

While Nvidia initially planned to reveal more details on the RTX 3090 Ti in January, but that timeline swiftly went out the window when production faced delays, as we reported at the time. The group behind a recent cyber attack on Nvidia has leaked more sensitive data. After attempts to force Nvidia to open source its graphics drivers failed, the group began leaking more data, this time impacting over 71,000 employees. 

Microsoft has gone all-in on Xbox Game Pass, allowing users across PC, Xbox and mobile to play a large library of games for one monthly cost. A good number of developers at Ubisoft have been just as confused as the rest of us by the publisher's recent push into the NFT market. Ubisoft recently attempted to change the minds of its employees by offering them a free NFT, but as you might expect, that didn't exactly do the trick, leading to another surge in complaints on Ubisoft's private company-wide feedback forum.
