After months of speculation, rumours and leaks, the RTX 3080 12GB is finally official. Not thanks to a press release or announcement post though, Nvidia just quietly updated the product page for the existing RTX 3080 10GB, adding the 12GB model's new specs.

Pretty quickly after Intel released its 12th Gen core processors, we began hearing a lot of user reports claiming the inability to play certain games using DRM services. Intel and motherboard vendors, including Gigabyte, quickly launched fixes and workarounds to solve these issues, but Intel has now finally confirmed that the games exhibiting these errors have been fixed...

We've heard a ton of rumours about Nvidia updating the RTX 3080 with 12GB VRAM, but so far nothing has ever been officially confirmed. That could change soon though, as rumours point to January 11th as the announcement date for this new(ish) graphics card...

We've been waiting for OLED panels to become more common amongst gaming monitors and it seems that monitor makers are finally starting to adopt the technology. This week at CES, Alienware unveiled its latest high-end gaming display, sporting a QD-OLED ultra-wide panel with 175Hz refresh rate.
