Gladiator SuperNova (i5 Kaby Lake) System Review

For ‘idle’ power draw, a reading was taken after having Windows open on the desktop for 30 minutes. A reading under load was taken with Prime 95’s SmallFFt test running alongside 3DMark Fire Strike.

As you can see, the SuperNova pulls barely a third of the CS650M’s rated capacity when the system is under 100% load. This ensures good efficiency, as well as a near-silent PSU fan. It would also mean there is enough headroom for SLI in the future, but sadly the GTX 1060 does not support SLI in the first place so that is not an option.
